Re: Into the wilderness

I am very pleased that the board are not splashing the cash. it is not financially safe to do so in League One and we know our finances are a work-in-progress. Spending beyond our means got us in this mess and doing the same won't fix it. At the start of the season I thought we would finish in the p...

Re: Mike Ashley Grabs Record Signing

Massive risk splashing the cash on an unknown in the MLS :lolboard:
The mag fans are all saying this signing is down to their fans and Rafa forcing Ashley's hand... the mind boggles.

Re: Grant Leadbitter Coming Home

Re: Checkatrade Quarter Final Draw

I think this fixture will be harder than some might expect. They pay top dollar for their talent and should be taken seriously. I would put out a full strength team for this one, the club could do with some silverware.

Goodbye and thankyou Sinclair

Jerome Sinclair has been sent back to his club. First few games he looked good but as other teams started to find their stride he looked very ordinary in our team. This could strengthen the Will Grigg link also.

Re: Will Grigg's On Fire!

Grigg has a brilliant goalscoring record in league one so he should do a good job for us and Its good to see Ross is looking at proven strikers.

Re: Sunderland Loan Deal for Dunne

I think Baldwin and Flanagan have both been very good this season; I just don't trust Ozturk and Loovens and they're not good enough cover.
