Say @Steve30000 is correct and they are discarded lighters then action must be taken because they will have those button batteries in them and that's a pollutant we can do without. Years ago there were concerns that these button batteries contained mercury and that kids were swallowing so I'd like ...

On the 14th of May 2021, I reported that the City of Sunderland has had 22,175 cases of Coronavirus.
