How long will it take before Dick Advocaat's new look Sunderland will become a force to be reckoned with? Time is ticking!

Re: Census on the Queen Alexandra Bridge

While I can understand the need for a survey of some sort I don't think they needed to cause so much congestion. I agree with balloting the residents as a whole and not just the car drivers on that particular day. Forcing car drivers to take part in something they didn't want to I find very strange.

Re: Shaping Sunderland - Seaburn

I hope they succeed in regenerating the sea front at Seaburn. There has always been potential. I think its more likely to be houses rather than a fun fare. Look what they done to Seaburn Camp bus terminus or turning circle. They put houses on that so the camp can't be safe surely.

Hopefully keeping cool in the process ;)

Re: FA Cup 2015 Result - Arsenal 4-0 Aston Villa

Did anyone really think that Aston Villa could have won the FA Cup this year  Yes! One Aston Villa fan bet his house and all his life savings on this bet. Apparently he was told by a psychic :o https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/news/football-aston-villa-fan-put-house-life-savings-193011355--sow.h...

Re: Should Scotland leave the Union and be independent - POLL

The SNP or the Scottish National Party are not right wing as the name suggests they are more like left wing loonies. Scotland would be far worse off if they go it alone with those idiots in charge. I will not argue against this statement. They do appear to be hating the English while encompassing s...
