It didn't make sense to throw away stuff like that but there's loads of other things we need to act on especially now with disposable PPE.

Anyone could see those things were going to be lying all over and who would want pick them up later?

That's just a handful of rules. There are rules that cover the lot like weddings, funerals and all other areas of life. There must be a thousand pages which change daily.
So we know all about the 2 metres thing and mixing with people but there's no way we can know the full rules.

Two leaflets by the Lib-Dems in Millfield came through the doors within the space of a week.
They are not too involving, it looks like they are just having a bit of a whinge.
