What does my head in as well, is all the rubbish strewn all over bushes in Sunderland.
A lot of it is down to a change in the council's policy to empty bins every 2 weeks but the dirty rat element still exists in some people.

If it didn't take long to clear this mess up, I would like to know how many times does this happen that we don't know about?
The other question would be what is the cost of clearing up all fly-tipping over a year in the City of Sunderland?
