Sunderland explore safe standing in the Roker End

Post by Gambling Man »

According to the Echo.

Sunderland will explore the possibility of installing seats in the Roker End.
Only teams from the top two tiers have to have all seaters.

Hmmmmm I wonder on the cost here and why, what about next season in the Championship and the cost of putting things back???

I think you have hit the nail on the head there. How can you install standing areas for one season while we have financial concerns unless Stewy asks us to do it all for him again.

I once went there and it's weird because the crowd does stand throughout the game and sit at half time.
