I hope Sunderland can do without loanees this season. I fear we might do though. It's a chance for fringe players to shine but also if their heart's not in it they can be poor at times. I am all for loaning out but not in cos I always think it's a way for the big clubs to help out the smaller clubs.

We can't afford to ignore the loan system really.

Sunderland are not in a position to turn our noses up right now.
The loanees can be good sometimes.

There isn't really a choice to be fair... Free or loan as all monies including parachute payments (which is £11 million this year) seen to be earmarked for Donald.... Like the £24 million last year which ended up in shorts sky rocket...

There's some raw talent out there and I doubt if JR has any option.
Expect at least 6 loanees this season

Unfortunately for SAFC we will need loanees for a time to come yet.
