Don't know about anyone else, but that result has me gutted.
I know it's only one game from this manager, but it feels like a relegation battle, not a promotion push.
I hope I'm wrong but it's the way I feel.

Its one game out the way with a new manager. Easy to knock it. Yes I feel deflated but I think we should give him a few more games first. Arghhhhhh.

Getting outclassed by Wycombe, great times.
He's supposed to be an experienced manager of this league, he said himself that he knows the players in this league.
Surely then, he should be getting the best out of them, seeing as he knows their strengths?
There's no ambition or money from the people who own this club, that's why we find ourselves in this mess, with a manager who was probably cheap to hire.
Anymore performances like that and we can forget promotion..

We were warned before the game that they are a physical side.
Some of our players can't handle the bullying.
To be fair this was an away game for a manager whose been in charge for 1 day.
I think the norm is to allow 10 games before we see the results.
Obviously we could be totally out the frame by then but if he does manage to sort things in say 5 games it wont be so bad.
On yesterdays performance though we can only hope for the playoffs.

Not really. I don't think that is a fair assessment. We got beat off a team belonging to the lower leagues while we believe we belong in the Prem.
Bad result, very bad but we were not outclassed.
In terms of football we played the best 60-40 in my opinion

Even if we get play offs, we won't go up. Automatic or nothing imoLight Brigade wrote: ↑20 Oct 2019, 13:01We were warned before the game that they are a physical side.
