It's a possibility because I think we can go up to 4th in the league after this Tuesdays home game against Rochdale, if we win that is.

I never thought about that before but you could be right. Saying that, I think the majority of Sunderland supporters wouldn't mind a cup. It would give us a little boost for the Championship.

Maybe if we didn't prioritise the Checkatrade, we might have been promoted. It caught up with us last season.
