Our last game of the season is away to Rotherham.
Here's three scenarios.
Rotherham are still top with nothing to play for and we need 3 points to go up, we can do it yeah?
On the other hand I reckon Rotherham are going to slip up loads soon so now we are both need a win to grab second place to go up automatically.
I predict a dirty game from them and tense game for Sunderland supporters but we come out with all 3 points.
The final scenario is that we are both in the play off final, oh dear, I dare not predict the outcome of that.

Re: Our last game of the season
It might yet come down to the wire.
Fingers crossed it doesn't and the play-offs is unimaginable.
If Rotherham are still flying come the end of the season I am sure they would prefer us to go up other than a team like Portsmouth or Ipswich.

Re: Our last game of the season
I really hope it's done and dusted by the last game. I can't see it because it's so tight with the leading pack. If the Rotherham scenarios come about though I'd prefer missing the play offs out of the equation.
I might have the day off today!

I suspect the last game of the season will be the ultimate decider.
Our last game against Rotherham is going to be very interesting.

Aye on account that we are not in a comfortable position by then.Bus Driver wrote: ↑21 Feb 2020, 17:15 I suspect the last game of the season will be the ultimate decider.
Of course, the other argument being we could be needing a win to get the top spot. Now that is something to relish.
