Salary cap

Agree. It's a joke, there's already a rule in place regarding individual clubs income and their wages, leave it as it is.

If a club can't afford to pay a players wage over their contract, and it puts their club in financial difficulty, then don't sign them.

Its not that hard, like.

If they're under 21 they're not included.
