I think most Sunderland fans will be happy at the news but I know Gary Bennett wasn't keen on him departing because he always said that on Total Sport. It remains to see what he says when the show starts at 6pm today. No doubt that will be the opening talking point. Will Gary Bennett start to side with the SAFC supporters on this one, we'll soon see.
