Sorry lads and lasses, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen, but no matter what, our players did their best.

It wasn't good enough over the season but they gave their best and that's all we can ask.

I will not be knocking the team but let's hope the future is brighter.

Well, I had faith but the lads let us down so hopefully the rebuilding work next season will allow us to walk this league.

They bottled it and if that was their best well stuff them, I can't see how many of these will be here next season. I wouldn't like to be the one to hire and fire.

With the new owner and a relaxation of the spending rules plus a little luck, next season will be a different kettle of fish.
