Here is the match tread for the cup match this Tuesday at The Stadium of Light complete with a poll.

Since the Sunderland Forum only offers a prediction contest for the League matches that SAFC play I thought I would see how a poll would work for this Tuesday's Capital One Cup match.

Basically you can incorporate any match information like team news etc and also vote for who you think will win this game on the 22nd September 2015.

I believe Sunderland will dump Man City out of the Carling Cup.
I would have much preferred to have got the three points at Bournemouth or Man Utd this weekend though.
