So why haven't we had all this carry on if it's just another flu?
Destroy the economy, mess with people's mental health..???
It's from the same family as flu.
As for the damage caused I'll let you work that out.
I've said from day one in March, carefully look after the old and vulnerable AND anyone who wants to hide away from it and let the rest of us get on with things.

I've never worked so hard and see loads of new people and there's a lot who have had or have coronavirus.
I might get into a little difficulty with it if I ever get it because of various health issues but I've kept up with the hands, face, space advice.

There was simply no need to do all that damage but why do you think they would do it?

And how does it benefit the government to destroy the economy?

I am sort of leaning towards this now, lets go for it.
I say that because with all these variants, we are just not going to win.
It will just stay one step ahead.

We certainly will not win this one just yet.
We don't know what the future holds so let's hope they can be a little quicker to stamp out this sort of thing in the future.

I don't know but I've heard that it's all about "reset" and the button has been pressed.

In just 17 days we see a further increase of 2,504

Sunderland has now had/has 14,628 cases (previously 12,124).

I don't know how many have recovered or died in the city.

In the UK there is said to be 1 million people with COVID-19 right now.
The UK total is 2,774,479 with a record of 60,916 reported yesterday alone.
Total UK deaths were 76,305.

The UK is in a full lockdown as coronavirus is out of control.

It's one month since I updated this coronavirus thread.
Then, we had 14,628 cases

Now, Sunderland has/had 19,108 cases of COVID-19.

This represents an increase of 4,480 this increase will be due to the Christmas and New Year's get together bashes.

With the vaccine now kicking in and the lockdown which is in place, I expect to see these figure drastically reduced in the next two weeks.

It's time to see the Sunderland figures fall off sharply.
