Get the street cleaners out.

As a kid you would see them every day no fail.

What about restaurants staying open after the 10pm curfew which I spoke about before?

I will start with a video I made on the vermin situation around the Wheatsheaf area.
If it's that bad carry an air rifle and during your break take some pot shots at them.

It is bad but you can't go around the streets with an air rifle.
You can't use those things within 150 yards of a main road, well I think that's the rule.

I missed this but hell yeah, this is actually a bad one ..... and I done some homework.
Apparently the council rang up about 60 of them personally to tell them of the new 10pm curfew and to CLOSE THEIR DOORS!
Having them half open means they are not closed.
So yes, this is neglect because it encourages people to go to them.
By the way, some had their doors fully open at midnight last night.

As for the police ...... well they are just turning a blind eye as well.
I don't know if the council and the police are working together to help stop the spread of the coronavirus but in this case its a FAILURE.
Good call @Tinker

The police will be missing McDonalds so I bet any money they are encouraging the Pizza shops to stay open to break the rules.

They do and I've seen them pick up food after 10pm from a pizza shop.
