You can report it if you see a rat outside but not on your own property, they will probably want you to pay for that.
If you have rats in your property then you would act.

Most likely scenario is rats would visit your property, so when you see them, report those sightings to the council if they do still come out and do something.

I can show you rats all day if you want AND they know where they are!
Last night I was at the lights at the Wheatsheaf looking down Roker Avenue and a rat ran over from the Hi-Performance garage and into the back doors of the Wheatsheaf Pub.

I guarantee you'll see rats at the Wheatsheaf every day if you want.
They are in the back lanes where there are food shops - sit and watch!

This is not a new thing so they obviously couldn't give a damn, ask anyone who has ever had to live in the thick of these hell-holes.
It's a case of reporting and they may come out and drop a bit poison, but if you know rats, they will be back.

Yes because the super grassers look like cops, how very ironic.
Sunderland University security guards or whatever they are look like the coppers, I found it hard to differentiate the other day when I was mixing with them all together.
Done on purpose imo

You could be right and they are not the only ones made to look like police.

The council know about the Millfield Road Lake which happens a few times a year.
If anyone else in Sunderland don't know, check out my post.

Illegal advertising at Fulwell Mill :argument:

As far as I am aware it is illegal to put a "for sale" sign in your car and leave it on the road.
Why then does Sunderland Council not act when cars which are basically one massive advert park outside Fulwell Mill.
If it's not one company doing this it's another.
The current car has writing in the style of the wild west and looks like they have the slogan "wanted dead or alive" (going off memory).

You can't take a picture of the old mill without these monstrosities in the way.
There seems to be some sort of "on-kerb lay-bye" (if that makes sense) right outside and so is a prime area ripe for this sort of abuse.
This is not a one-off, it's an ongoing "problem".
