It's still busy at the St Marks Road/ Hylton Road/ Chester Road junctions.

That should peak when the kids go to school and the 9 to 5 workers are travelling.
However, that's not the case because the traffic is almost exactly the same.
The lockdown this time around might be ineffective and to think Christmas is coming as well.
