Seaburn Development - Siglion
First post so treat me gently guys.
I saw that previously there was a thread on here discussing the Planned Seaburn Development, but I can't find it now so I thought I would start my own.
A facebook group has been set up to discuss the development, we have Siglion's Communication person (Louise Bradford) engaging with that group sharing updates and taking on board any questions and ideas, answering them as best she can. Siglion are also looking to engage with the community so we see the facebook group as maybe a group that will be called upon to take part in offline consultation and workshop. The development looks exciting, there are various gaps and questions...definitely things that could be improved, but Siglion appear to be listening.
If anyone wants to join the group (opinions, be the positive, negative or undecided, are most welcome) you can do so at the following link:

Great forum by the way....don't know how I missed it until now

Why is the Seaburn group closed?Boris Bear wrote:

I can see the page but you have to join it to see the discussions.
Surely they would like everyone to see whats going on there.

Not heard of Siglion.
I hope the developers get things right down Seaburn.
I don't travel well so Seaburn is always first on the agenda on a day out.
The 20mph zone was a good idea on the sea front.

They do but I reckon that was so they could get an extra house built on the available land.thingamajig wrote:Them houses look weird facing towards Whitburnwongeye wrote: What they done to Seaburn Camp was criminal!
I passed there last night and noticed the plot boundary closest to Whitburn is at an angle.
They don't look right in my opinion.
