New Year's Resolutions 2019

Post by blockheed »

New Year's Resolutions 2019

I always do make a New Year's Resolution, well nearly always.
This year, I plan to give up on 50% on my sugar intake.
I am not sure how I will go about this but I will give it a good go.
To start with, one spoonful of sugar in my tea rather than two, and maybe black coffee with no sugar as I doubt I could only have one in that.
So, has anyone else on the Sunderland Forum got a New Year's Resolution they wish to share?

Good luck on your sugar diet
I think I will try and cut down on fats especially bacon sandwiches.
We'll see how it goes.

Mine was to do a little more exercise where possible. I am sick of the times when I am inactive. Maybe take up fishing to get out a little more.

What was that you said again?
