Overdosing on vitamin tablets

Post by Sunderland Nut »

I think the lockdown has ruined my diet so I decided to get some multivitamins.
I would imagine that most of the vital vitamins and minerals are in these pills.
However, on the bottle there is a table and you can see that there is the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A, B, C and so on in every tablet.
Can you overdose on vitamins and minerals?

Don't worry about overdosing yet, if ever!
Just take the vitamin tablets you have in the bottle and if you feel like it then you can always take a break.
I would say that they have been on the market for a long time with hardly anyone having problems.
Just don't take two tablets every day ;)

Yes for certain ones but if you take the one-a-day multivitamins as a supplement it should be OK.
