At what point do we accept a certain death total from covid

Or do we keep locking down, destroying the economy, stopping people from being free?

Take Scotland as an example because we already know that it only really affects the old or medically unfit.

The average age of death in Scotland is 81 for men and 84 for women.

The average age of death for a coronavirus victim there is ......... wait for it ......... 82 for men and 85 for women.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... tland.html

Those below this age who have died will have had other medical complications despite some saying "he/she was fit as a fiddle".
The people who die from COVID-19 would probably die from flu, pneumonia or similar.

They say that pneumonia is the old people's friend because it is a quick way to go.
In other words it was a blessing!

I don't want to catch coronavirus and do take steps to avoid it but really it's something that we are going to have to live with for a long time to come.
There is no need to do what they are doing.
They could just lockdown those who are in the high risk category but this has all been said before.

Sunderland has had a massive rise in coronavirus cases since the lockdown was relaxed so this proves that we either learn how to live side by side or stay in total lockdown. I suppose it's a learning curve for those in power and we will just have to let them get on with it. I think the pubs will suffer most and I already miss them.

Nah, don't say that because we need to preserve the pubs not victimise them unless you mean drinking in the house.

Let them get on with messing with our lives though?

No meeting your friends or family, no going out at night, fining you if you meet with more than 6 people, fining you for not wearing a mask...

We've turned into North Korea
