I'd say walking is better for people as it's exercise, this is environmentally beneficial, which is good, but it's still lazy imo. It's not like you can carry your shopping on it or pick something bulky up from a shop.
If I can avoid using the car and walk anywhere, I do that. This is just a lazy way of getting around and annoying people on the road

I've seen loads of these with 3 outside the Metro station at St Peters. They all have helmets. I'm a bit confused by all this
