The A-frame arrived on the River Wear a little later than scheduled. However, according to the Sunderland council website it should have been lifted into place on arrival.
I haven't been in a position to look yet so I can't say if it has or not.

The Sunderland Echo has some good official drone footage of the A-frame going up.
It's still about 80 degrees or so while they prepare to drop it into its final resting place.
