Ready for another Wembley showdown

This is the SAFC Forum. You may chat about Sunderland AFC here together with any other footballing matters. Obviously, the Black Cats are the main focus. However, this is basically our football lounge.

Ready for another Wembley showdown

Post by Nockya »

The Portsmouth fans are getting really worried apparently.
We need a win or a draw down there and then that's what they deserve for messing with us in the plastic cup game.
Dump these sailor boys out and we then need to give Charlton a payback day from way back when in a Wembley showdown.
For those who think the sun shines out of Charlton's free scoring prima donna's, forget it, this Wembley cup final is ours.
Forget the negativity boys n girls, we are going up so make preparations to party now.

Knowing Portsmouth are stopping in League One on Thursday night will do me regardless of what happens at Wembley.

Its ok getting through to the play off final but it will be against Charlton who have momentum.
I reckon that should we get to the final its about time we finally won something at Wembley, surely we can't get beat yet again down there.
Sometimes on the odd occasion things go right so let's hope this one goes right for us.
But there is the question of the Thursday night game to contend with first.
