SAFC Optimism Poll
SAFC Optimism Poll
Right lads and lasses, I can detect a little negativity coming from many sources including my own mates down the pub.
This is just a little poll so you can show how optimistic you are for Sunderland AFC's 2019/20 season ahead.
I always say think hard before you vote because I like to get a true measure of what's going on in our heads.
Poll ends on August 31st.

Re: SAFC Optimism Poll
Ah man, can I wait 2 weeks before I vote lol.
I haven't really thought about the prospects for next season yet.
So, I take it that you voted for 'SAFC will win promotion and some silverware'?

What was that you said again?

I'm reserving judgement till the day after the window closes. Hopefully Donald will be gone and we've added some quality... It would be option 3 as it stands. Sorry, only saying how I see it..

Re: SAFC Optimism Poll
I left the poll open until the end of August so there's time to think.
Maybe I put this up a bit early but it gives time for those who frequent the boards rarely a chance to have their say and I know some don't like to comment but that's OK.
Yes I did. Last season we had was it 3 or 4 draws too many so I am optimistic that we can turn those draws into wins this season. Actually I would think we can turn at least 10 of those draws into wins.thingamajig wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 15:59 So, I take it that you voted for 'SAFC will win promotion and some silverware'?

Re: SAFC Optimism Poll
I don't think we will win any silverware but I do believe that we have the ability to get out of this terrible league. I don't think the fans will bother too much if we jettison the cup games early on. Yes I am optimistic this season that we will get promoted.

Not sure when that is to be honest that's why the poll goes on until the start of the season.

No
Look if we can't get promoted this year Sunderland are in deep trouble. Forget the cup games lets just go for it.

Re: SAFC Optimism Poll
I can only talk about the current squad.
We are going to finish 10th with what we got.
