Where can I buy one double glazed window in Sunderland?

One of my windows has condensation and needs replacing. It was easy to do for the last glazier but I want to do it myself and save some cash. So where do I buy one window unit in the Sunderland or Washington areas?
Anywhere around Wearside really.
It cost £90 to replace my last one but I reckon I could do it myself now.
