Sunderland were due to travel to Bristol Rovers on Saturday 16th of November but this game is now postponed.
The reason for the postponement is that 3 SAFC players were called up for international duty - Jon McLaughlin, Conor McLaughlin and Tom Flanagan.
This is the third time we've cancelled a game for the same reasons in this season alone.
Is it a good thing of bad thing?
I suspect it's a bad move which will lead to a fixture pile up.

We still have international players
I am sure Parky has weighed things up and thinks it's for the best.
Perhaps he wants to get to know the squad better and build up the camaraderie.
No doubt this will be another Tuesday or Wednesday game now.

On the positive side let's imagine if we can get some postponed games played after we bring others in it might be a good thing.
