After we went down into the third tier of English football I did think we would bounce straight back up.
It looks like we will only get promotion this season by the play offs and even that is looking less likely.
I will always support this club where I can but another season in this league will drive a few supporters away.
The thought of spending three, four or even five seasons down here is terrible.
I just hope the core Sunderland supporters stay with the club during it's darkest hours.
We are the best supporters on earth and that's a fact so let's prove it!

Yeah, driving along Keir Hardy Way towards the Wheatsheaf and seeing the Stadium of Light together with the Beacon of Light all lit up is an amazing sight.
You just wouldn't believe the position that we are in and then there's the Academy of Light which we don't see.
These are dark hours alright but if we don't watch it there could be more darkness to come because all that family silver is costly to keep!
