Sunderland to vote Conservative
Re: Sunderland to vote Conservative
While I can see the attraction of voting for the brexit party in Sunderland, I don't think people want the tories here for the next five years

Anything will be better than the last 60 years of Labour. This city has declined and let's not talk about that **** hole called a city centre

I am still in shock here like.
Sunderland voted Tory and it was only the Brexit Party that stopped them getting in.
The Labour Party let us all down so it's not surprising.

Yes and now the Labour MP's up here in the north understand that we can and will vote them out if they don't work hard for us. I think they had a shock

Re: Sunderland to vote Conservative
People finally saw through Jeremy Corbyn and if it wasn't for the Brexit Party standing in Sunderland we would have had three Conservative MP's. People are waking up to things at last. Here in Millfield we started to dump the Labour councillors a few years ago and now we have three Lib-Dem councillors.Jammy Dodger wrote: ↑18 Dec 2019, 13:32 The results was a shocker like and people did turn to the Tories.

They did but they also knew that Corbyn went right over the top in the election campaign. Worst result in about a hundred years for Labour.
