Looking for someone to do property viewings

Post by A.T.In.London »

Hi!

I hope I'm posting in the right place (apologies if not). I'm Adam, based in London. I'm looking to buy a property in the Sunderland area but I can't travel 10-hour round trips every couple of days to see a property. I was hoping someone could help me do a few property viewings, with payment in return? Where would be the best place to find someone willing to help?

Thanks!

Adam

I don't think I'd like the resposibilty. Can you not use the estate agents in some extra capacity for this?

What was that you said again?

How would this work. My idea of a property might be totally different from yours.

So the problem is that I need someone who is impartial and not connected to the estate agents, so that they can look at the property and be truthful about the state of the property (e.g. visible mould, broken furniture, and the surrounding area) as it's the interest of the estate agent to hide or minimise such things. As for what to look for, I'll be on the call and we'll have spoken in further depths regarding what to be looking for.

I would have done all this a few years ago but I don't think I would like the responsibility nowadays. Good luck with this though.

I'm not sure if you're receiving my PMs, Big Mac. They're just sitting in my inbox. Can you PM me an email address or phone number I can contact? Thanks!
