Stronger Defence Now

Post by thingamajig »

Sunderland are not letting many goals in nowadays.
Has those dark days of p*ss poor defending gone?
Them days of worrying about a counter attack and sucker punch like today are still there but you just get the feeling that Parky has got to grips there.

A little stronger but I think it's what's happening further up the field that is helping to relieve some pressure. Parkinson's tactics?

All we want is promotion. Play well, win games, and we'll get it..

Play crap, lose games and it'll be Parky out..

Happens everywhere

Or maybe the competition hasn't been as threatening recently. I guess we can only judge this over the rest of the season. On this form thought, we will make it.

Absolutely spot on Steve. Nature of the beast and I think "fickle" is the word of the day, seems apt. 👌

This could well be the case.
We have another test tomorrow night on the TV so we will all see how they have improved.
