Sunderland are ready to make Bailey Wright their second January signing according to reports in Bristol - but Phil Parkinson is refusing to confirm the identity of the man he hopes to sign next week.
The Black Cats boss said on Thursday that a player is expected on Wearside to undergo a medical on Monday, after the deal was delayed in midweek.

He is from Australia and been playing in the UK for about 10 years or most of his professional career.

Was supposed to be last week. Apparently we are at loggerheads with rangers over the loan fee/wages for docherty also.
