English League One | Stadium of Light | Kick off 3pm

Flanagan comes in for Lynch who was knocked clean out last week at Portsmouth.

Sunderland AFC starting line up: J McLaughlin, Willis, Wright, Flanagan; O’Nien, Power, Dobson, Hume; Gooch, Wyke, Maguire.
SAFC substitutes: Burge, C McLaughlin, Watmore, Scowen, Ozturk, Lafferty, Semenyo

Ipswich Town starting XI: Holy, Donacien, Chambers, Wilson, Skuse, Norwood, Nolan, Downes, Woolfenden, Kenlock, Keane.
ITFC substitutes: Norris, Earl, Jackson, Judge, Sears, Dozzell, Huws.

Can the Black Cats take three points at home on Wearside today against the Tractor Boys?

Looks to me that Parkinson wants a settled 11.

We still have a shout at automatic promotion but we will need to beat the teams around us like Ipswich.

I hope Phil Parkinson has done his homework for today's game because apart from Portsmouth this is going to be a very tough test for Sunderland.

The storms are coming but not quite hit Sunderland yet. There are some swirling winds at the stadium though.

To sum up the first 30 minutes of this match - both teams are terrible and it's a crap game!

Looks like it's going to be stale mate at half time. It would be nice if we can pop one in but it looks unlikely at the moment. Both teams are bad so Parky will have to spruce things up in the second half.

The crowd were in good voice earlier on but it's all gone flat now.
Like us, they are looking for that flash of brilliance which will result in a special goal.
Will it come in the last minute of the first half?
