Promising young Sunderland goalkeeper Adam Richardson has committed his future to the club amid interest from Premier League and EFL clubs.
The England youth international has signed a ‘long-term deal’, though the exact length hasn’t been disclosed.
Manchester United were among the clubs interested in the 16-year-old.
Hopefully, we stop losing our best young players..

It will be about another 8 years yet, you don't see young goalkeepers
By then, he will be gone if he is any good.
