Post by Sunderland Nut »

There are going to be some key workers very soon due to Coronavirus.
Shop workers, delivery drivers, emergency services, we take our hats off to you.

The key workers will be the lifeblood keeping the country moving.
I wonder if the military will be called in at some point because not all those in key jobs will want to do them.

Tesco are asking for help off the police when or if London goes into lockdown.
If the government doesn't do something soon to keep the food and other essential items moving then there will be riots and looting.
They've been telling us not to panic buy for a while now but the shelves are still empty.

Businesses want to stay open but it's becoming harder for them to do so.
God bless the shop workers.

The shops are creaking under pressure.
I can't get bread so calling for takeaway shops to deliver.
God bless the pizza delivery man last night and I gave him a canny tip.

Because some people are selfish. Why don't they ask for home delivery for the things they want, even if they're in isolation or we're all in lockdown?

But no... Just panic and bulk buy things, stripping the shelves bare, **** everyone else.
