Coronavirus - benefits in the aftermath of the illness?
Many people are dying of complications associated with Coronavirus and the suffering is continuing.
It has to come to an end because if it doesn't, life will never be the same again.
It's like a horror movie and we just don't know the outcome.
I was just thinking of what is happening right now, the consequences and the future.
What have we learned?
What will the benefits be once we get to grips with COVID-19?
Apparently the air is clearer because of hardly any aeroplanes flying.
The air in our towns and cities are cleaner with less traffic.
One thing I have noticed is that we still have panic buyers thinking of themselves and the community spirit is not what I thought it should be.
Surely we need to start to get that community spirit back and this is one thing I am looking forward to.
OK, with social isolation and distancing we can't see much of this but it has to be the next step using appropriate measures?
I think this selfishness came about through shock rather than anything else.
So, cleaner air now - anything else?
Community spirit (in the future because it's not there yet) - anything else?

As with everything, there will be some sort of adjustment then a balance.
The air is cleaner and satellite images prove that as well but we can all see it.
I just hope people will begin to realise that what they have is special and we can easily lose it again in the future unless we pull together as one.
One positive to come out of this is there's no more mention of Brexit.

In just a few months the world effectively shut down because of something we can't see.
Future pandemics should be avoided by immediately locking down the area where it starts.
We just sat back and watched international travellers spread the coronavirus everywhere with very little resistance.
Let's hope they have learned a big lesson here.

I fully agree with this like.
It has to have a worldwide agreement but I can't see any country complaining.

After months of a worldwide lockdown maybe people will realise that they don't need to travel as much and that's a good thing.
Holiday in the UK because even if you could live for a thousand years you would never be able to explore this great country properly.

Some money men will gain but there'll be more poor people that will suffer.
What was that you said again?

After they analyse the data from satellites and inner cities we will soon find out more about the effects on the environment.

Being locked up with nothing to do will test relationships and only those couples who should be together will survive.
Those whose relationships are fragile will break up - those who are not living together now have been told to stay apart or move in to test their relationship.
So from that we should see stronger families that have bonded in ways they never thought of before.
There will be a baby boom within a year or two depending on how long this all lasts and that's a benefit surely
