I tell you what, these bins are getting worse.
I will see if I can get another picture but yesterday it was horrendous.
With the wind this morning a lot of it will be blowing all over the place.

You see rats on the grass verge just as you turn into Roker Avenue so right at the start of that street.
It's amazing what you see when you look carefully and I've saw them there on 2 separate days there now.

I know they are all over and I noticed those in that area years ago so it's an ongoing problem.
I just wonder if the council even cares.
