Probably doesn't mean a thing as he'll just get his shield, Rodwell to take the flak.

Re: Stewart Donald resigns as chairman
Either way it's big news.
I wish him well.
Mistakes were made and he's put his hands up and said sorry.
All I have to say is that it's a shame that it didn't work out for him because if it did, we would have benefited.

The whole club is failing from top to bottom, and he's been a large part of it.Sunderland Nut wrote: ↑18 Jul 2020, 16:56 Either way it's big news.

He hasn't got the money or know how on how to run this club successfully

With the coronavirus upon us and the state of football, I think you reflect the feelings of many people right now.

Re: Stewart Donald resigns as chairman
I am interested to know. Would the fans get behind a football based consortium with a long term plan without false promises and have the patience to see it through- or allow the current / recent chairman to sell control to another prospective failure from SAmerica because he doesn’t have the balls to wait a few weeks for cash offer that would actually benefit the club as well as himself. As that is what “could” happen this week... potentially... probably
