If it didn't take long to clear this mess up, I would like to know how many times does this happen that we don't know about?
The other question would be what is the cost of clearing up all fly-tipping over a year in the City of Sunderland?
I think this mess was cleared up within 48 hours, as for the cost, well maybe the council should tell us.

What does my head in as well, is all the rubbish strewn all over bushes in Sunderland.
You walk past, and there's bottles , cans, crisp packets... Stuck inside the branches and trees.
Do scruffy ****=+_&&= do this in their own homes? Bet they don't, its a disgrace

Thing is about this sort of thing, most people deplore it but still think their small piece of discarded rubbish won't matter.
I carry my rubbish with me. I'll put in a bin out and about, if not ill wait until I get home, then bin it/recycle it.
Its not hard, but some people are just lazy and don't care.
