Working at home spies

Post by Trish »

One of my relations works in an office building so she became one of those people working from home.
The company gave her a computer but it has spy software on it and they can see every key being pressed or not pressed as it lies idle.

If the work is being done why do they need this spy software, in fact, she's never been more productive so they will see this.

Loads of companies do it. They don't want to employ someone getting paid for nothing

Say no to the spy in the cab. That's what we always used to say. I couldn't work like that.

She can't either because she is getting demanding emails as to why she is not at the computer at certain times or even not at the computer for about 10 minutes etc.

Just tell her to look for a way out.
