Come on, this is dangerous and it happens many times a year!
Motorists love smashing through this and soaking pedestrians. I'm sure they speed up and move closer on purpose... Dont suppose they know its illegal and classed as assault

It is against the law @Steve30000 but some car drivers do it deliberate.

Anyone who speeds up to drive through that particular pool of water on Hylton Road needs their head looking at.
It's always pretty deep when it starts and they risk losing control of the vehicle.
But yes, in other areas they do speed up and even veer off course just to splash people.
Idiots.
