In this area....for allowing people to enter with no mask on and also coughing like a good un, and not asking them to leave?
This individual obviously knows the owner, but walks around whilst having coughing 'fits', then occasionally sitting down to talk to his mate (also no mask on)while her staff and herself allow this to go on.

If I saw that, I would record what I could with the mobile phone, then I would ask for the manager, tell him or her my concerns and then walk out.
I would then speak of my experiences online and wait for their explanation back.
If they deny it, get the video out!
