Re: Old photos at Roker Park
I think you are right on all three of those, Porterfield , Robson and Holden.

Re: Old photos at Roker Park
Mel Holden is quite easy to recognise and so is Pop Robson by his hair.
The one I was in two minds about was the number 6 and whether it really was Ian Porterfield but if you back me up that adds weight to things.
As for the game, I wouldn't know where to start.
I might have been at that game.
I love taking pictures and videos but those days we had nothing and I mean nowt.
Why did you have a camera and why take these images?
Re: Old photos at Roker Park
I had an old camera my dad gave me and I bought a load of bulk black and white film and loaded my own cassettes. I shot pictures wherever I went but I couldn't afford to print them because the paper and chemicals were expensive. None of these photo has ever been printed before as a photo or online . Because I am getting on a bit now and had spare time due to Covid I have been going through my old negatives and digitising them. Lots were rubbish but some were interesting like these.
