It's in the system now and I can't see them getting shot of it now so yes it should be all leagues.

Yeah, not necessary for the smaller teams but crunch matches in the league need VAR.
We don't really need it but because some goals are crucial in a football game and some officials are crap at their job, we should have it.
And, with that, if it is good for one, it's good for all.

I know when they came out it was suggested that the captain could request up to three in a game.
Because it hasn't really affected us, I really can't be sure of the rules.
