Public Health England is recommending people consider taking daily vitamin D supplements throughout the spring and summer as the coronavirus lockdown continues.

Public Health England is concerned that people could be missing out on the vitamin during the coronavirus pandemic when we are being advised to stay at home more.

Quick! Mad rush to buy them all. πŸƒπŸΏ πŸƒπŸΏ πŸƒπŸΏ πŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸƒπŸΏπŸ›’ πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’πŸ›’

Ten minutes in the garden will give you enough vitamin D but not if you have dark skin.

Truth be told, covid can create a lack of vitamin D in your organism. When I had my covid issue, I felt it really well. I experienced a great lack of vitamin d then. And it really affected my body, especially the joints. And, you know, no matter how many hours I spent under the sun, I still had to take vitamin supplements. Tbh, I see nothing bad about this. So, now I still take vitamin D and these supplements [Link Removed] to help recover my mental awareness. So, taking supplements is actually necessary once you are covid positive. Anyway, take care of yourself and your family. BW
