Rock salt shortages

Post by Steve30000 »

It's as rare as 🪨🐴💩 at the minute... Got a bag but looking for more.
I get the feeling that some people have stockpiled on these, as I had no problems getting any the last time it snowed

A few years ago Sunderland ran out of this and the roads were chaotic.

So you don't clear just your own area? Like front/back of house/driveway/garage?

No. I never touch it at all. No need when after you pass the garden gate you are back in the thick of it. When the snow comes, I just don't use the garden area at all except to get to the main street.
