Queens Park Rangers vs Sunderland

Post by Nockya »

Queens Park Rangers vs Sunderland

The weather is mild in London today, and we are at a sell-out Loftus Road for a 3pm kick-off.
The lads are five points clear so even if we get beat, we will remain top and that's a good thing.
QPR have not won at home this season but they have a goalscoring problem while we are on a roll.
QPR are rumoured to be going to go all out to get a goal first, but if we can hold our line, we may get a break.

I personally think QPR will tire as the game goes on and we will capitalise.
My prediction - 2-0 to the lads and they will come back to Wearside with all three points.

What's the starting line-up? Is Patto playing? I've heard that Rigg isn't.

Not sure if this will work, but here goes.

I'll write it out so it stays:

Sunderland AFC starting XI: Moore; Hume, Mepham, O'Nien, Cirkin; Neil, Jobe, Browne; Roberts, Mundle, Isidor.
SAFC Substitutes: Noukeu, Mayenda, Rusyn, Connolly, Aleksic, Hjelde, Watson, Johnson, Jones.

QPR are doing alright and playing their hearts out.
We need a goal in the second half, but for now, at halftime, it's 0-0 and not a boring game either.

After cancelling each other for most of the game so far, we are gradually upping the pace.
Haway the lads!

Jobe Samuel Patrick Bellingham, what have you done?
Silly tackle and a straight red card; we are top of the league; no need for that!
Play properly man!
Now he's out for three games.
Daft, just daft!
This game is doubtful now with about 20 minutes to go!
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Sometimes you have to take one for the lads, but that was a stupid decision for no reason.
I'd take a draw now ffs.

Well, we got a point after having Jobe sent off.
I know this happens but when you are top like us we can afford our players not getting frustration.

After it all, I reckon a point is worth it.
I'm not sure what other results are but we remain top regardless.

Final score: QPR 0-0 Sunderland.

If we can get six more points from the next two games this week, I'll be happy. I suppose all things considered, a point will do from this game.
