Hull City Tigers 1-0 Sunderland

Post by Paper Terry »

Hull City Tigers 1-0 Sunderland

An own goal after 25 minutes, the Sunderland keeper dazed and had to be replaced, two Sunderland players sent off before half time.

Sunderland played much better in the second half with nine men and were good enough not to concede again.

The clock is ticking!

Two dickheads on the field.

I know I know .... we all know who is a liability.

do these players understand the rules of the game.

I feel sorry about the one you really mean. The lad is an old fashioned player.

We were unlucky on the day but the two players sent of are idiots if they think they can get away with them sort of "tackles" in the modern day football game.

Yes, and the do play for Sunderland ..... and that means nowt to a referee!

With all due respect the question was about points. Southampton is a cup match. Sunderland need points not a cup run where we get beat nearer the final.

We can't keep saying we done ok but got beat. Sunderland need to get their act together quick.

I agree a cup run for the Black Cats is no good in our predicament!

Nine man Sunderland played better in the second half. Anyone notice the protests on the second red card?
As if the referee would change his mind :o
Both bad "tackles" and both red cards but they should have had a man sent off for the tackle on Johnson.
