Burton Albion v Sunderland Match | 15/09/2018

This is our SAFC Forum of course. You may chat about Sunderland AFC here together with any other footballing matters. Obviously, the Black Cats are the main focus. However, this is basically our football lounge.

Game on and we have got a little more energy now. Come on!
They leave it late don't they - we have just missed two golden opportunities.
What was that you said again?

SAFC are still shaky at the back, but now Burton look like a bag of nerves. Maguire’s goal has put a slant on this now. We ARE NOT out of this game yet.
I might have the day off today!

Can't believe we were 2-0 down at half time like. We don't seem to kick into gear early on do we. I think the gaffer should give them some red bull before the game.

There's the whistle. We did get beat off Burton and we didn't deserve anything either.

Stop looking on the bright side of things
Fair enough we can't win them all but that's for teams like Portsmouth and the other big clubs in this leage.
In the not too distant future Sunderland will never see Burton Albion again but they now have a record against us just like Yeovil Town have :o
